This spacious home sleeps 12 persons plus one infant/toddler in 4 generous bedrooms. The home is suitable for MOST handicap guests, is on one level and has extra wide corridors throughout however, we DO NOT have a wet room shower. The house is equipped with Wireless Internet. Take advantage of our dual electric current, USA 110 outlets and the Irish standard 220v, for most USA devices (including CPAP Machines) without need for a separate transformer.   

Bedrooms 4:

All bedrooms have ultra plush mattresses for exceptional sleeping pleasure.
  • Master has a USA King bed with an ensuite bathroom w/seated shower and walk-in closet. Sleeps 2 
  • Large Quad bedroom has 2-USA Queen beds.  Sleeps 4       
  • Corner Bedroom has 1-USA Queen bed plus 1-Single bed. Sleeps 3 
  • Butterfly bedroom has 1-USA Queen bed plus 1-Single pull-out trundle bed, most suitable for a child as it is low to the ground. Sleeps 3 
  • **A portable infant/toddler bed (Pack-n-play style) can be added to any room.

Bathrooms 3:

  • Master ensuite w/seated shower
  • Back hall bath w/tub + shower and mounted hair dryer
  • Main hall bath w/tub + electric shower and mounted hair dryer

Kitchen:

There is a hearth style fireplace in the kitchen and a sliding door to the patio.
Patio furniture for dining alfresco and a gas BBQ grill are available May-September.

We offer a full service kitchen with every conceivable appliance and accessory.
Refrigerator & Freezer-4/Burner Stove-Oven-Dishwasher-Microwave-
Coffee Maker & Grinder-Kettle-Toaster-Crockpot-Mixer-Electric Wisk-Griddle-Toaster Oven-Waffle Iron-Sandwich Maker-George Foreman Grill, etc.

Plenty of cutlery, dinnerware, bakeware, and pots-n-pans. 
Seating for 10 persons with table and breakfast bar additionally 2 spare chairs can be added, plus one small child in a high chair.

Mounted Radio (not-removable)  

Entertainment Includes:

TV Box Service (local channels, plus others) w/some Child's programming, a DVD Player, extensive DVD Library, some Board Games, Reading Library, Adult & Child Swing Seats, Soccer Field & Basketball Court.

Living Room:

Woodburning solid fuel stove, ceiling fan, comfortable seating for 6-7 persons

LED flat screen TV, DVD player and a vast selection of Irish and American films. Some  kids programming as well.  Well stocked book shelves for your reading pleasure.  

Laundry Room:

Washer-Dryer-Ironing Board & Iron.  Indoor & Outdoor clothes line.

Outdoor Amenities:

Parking  available for 6 vehicles.
A large patio with a variety of outdoor furniture including an adult patio swing.  Use of a gas BBQ May-September.   

Soccer/Gaelic football field with 2-netted goals.  Paved area for basketball with 2 backboards.  Child swings 3-total.
